I’m a Certified Financial Planner™, but my real work is helping women remember that they’re capable, intelligent, and already equipped to take charge of their financial lives. I’ve spent 20+ years helping people build wealth, but the truth is I got tired of watching women get talked over, dismissed, or left out of the financial conversation entirely.
So I built a space where we do it differently.
For every woman who’s ever thought, “This stuff isn’t for me”, it is now. Whether you're starting from scratch or you've been at it for years and need a gut check, I'll meet you where you are.

Why I started Financial Health & Wellness
I spent 20 years on the inside of the financial industry. I watched advisors use jargon to keep clients confused. I watched women get talked over in meetings they were paying for. I watched people walk out more lost than when they walked in.
The industry isn't designed for women. It's not even designed for "average" people regardless of gender. When only wealthy people have access to advice and guidance, that's a problem.
I couldn't stand by anymore. So I built something different.

I'm an empty nester, an ugly divorce survivor, and living proof that it's never too late to start over. I bring all of that to the table, because your financial life doesn't exist in a vacuum, and neither does mine.
